Again, taking vegetables in their vegetable form is considered one of the most effective ways to initiate the colon cleanse though people can stick to eating vegetable as dishes if they find drinking vegetable juice an uncomfortable idea. Nonetheless for those who want to try out a good vegetable juice then spinach and parsley mixed with water should be a good drink. To improve the taste, pear or apple may be added.

Vegan Meals

Fresh vegetable and fruit salad can substitute for meals. Vegan colon cleanse may only be fully and effectively implemented if the person can adopt a lifestyle which patronizes foods limited to such food groups.
