It is important to note that the safety of the product has not been determined for use in children, so pregnant women should not use Miralax Colon Cleansing. Lactating mothers should not use Miralax unless directed to do so by her doctor because it can be passed to the baby through the mother’s milk. It is not recommended for people suffering from anorexia and should not be used by anyone suffering from ongoing constipation. This could be a sign of a more serious illness that needs professional medical intervention.
